Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return or exchange.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unused products in their original box and include the RMA form inside the package before shipping it back to us.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
